The Community Service
Foundation has helped Arlington area homeowners complete repairs
and improvements that was economically impossible without the
Foundation's help.

The
2011 Chili Cook Off, a
fall fundraising event, was held on
Friday, Oct 21st. The event was a great success. Michael Boedeker of Coldwell Banker won 1st Place in the Chili
Contest. The event raised approx $7000 dollars for the
Foundation to use in helping local Arlington residents
who are elderly or disabled or in need of home repairs
assistance.

The 4th Annual Bowling Fun
Day, a family fundraising event, was held on
Thurs, August 11th. The event was at Alley Cats Fun
Center on Pleasant Ridge Rd in Arlington. There was
bowling, pool, great food and grand prizes. It was a great time for all that attended.

1st Place in the Commercial
Category ! As always, ARBOR participated in
the City of Arlington's Annual 4th of July Parade. This
year we had a float, live singers, walking participants,
cars and music. A good time for all who helped and
participated.

The 2nd Tuesday of each month members of the
Community Service Committee play Bingo with the
residents of Broadway Plaza, an assisted living facility
here in Arlington. For more Information, contact Jo

at 817-701-2490. Broadway Plaza is located at 915 North
Fielder Road, Arlington, Texas 76012. |

volunteers to do Meals on Wheels each Wednesday in
Mansfield. If you are able to help out, please contact

there was Cocktails;
Dinner; Dancing; Silent and Live Auctions and Gift Bags. All proceeds
went to the Foundation.

Foundation. Food and fun was the order of the day and
